Our Story
We started our journey in e-commerce back in 2015 with nothing more than curiosity, determination, and an eBay store. That was the spark. From dropshipping experiments, we quickly found ourselves drawn into the world of Amazon. At the time, private label was booming, and we threw ourselves into product research, supplier negotiations, branding, and everything that goes into bringing a new product to life.
As our skills grew, so did our passion. We took every opportunity to learn, from copywriting and digital marketing to branding and performance advertising, and soon realized that Amazon wasn’t just another marketplace. It was a full ecosystem where brands could thrive if given the right foundation. In 2018, we took the leap and launched our first Amazon-focused agency, AmzThrive.
Fast forward to 2024, we rebranded as Bits & Atoms. People expect more of brands than ever before. They expect brands to go beyond ordinary. To meet these expectations, success on Amazon and beyond can’t happen in silos, digital strategies like SEO, advertising, and customer experience must work hand-in-hand with tangible product elements such as design, packaging, and overall brand presentation.
